Sulbutiamine is an antiasthenic drug synthesised and developed by LES LABORATOIRES SERVIER, France.
Composition:
Each sugar coated tablet contains sulbutiamine… 200 mg,
excipients… q.s.
Colours:
sunset yellow FCF, titanium dioxide I.P.
Pharmacological properties:

arcalion acts on the nervous structures responsible for physical activity, attention, and wakefulness.

arcalion helps the tired organs to recover its mental and physical capacities.

Indications:

arcalion is a symptomatic treatment of functional asthenia: it is intended for the various manifestations of asthenia such as fatigue, memory difficulties, intellectual tiredness and convalescence from illness and infections.

Contraindications:

History of hypersensitivity to this drug.

Side effects:
In elderly patients, rare report of mild agitation has been observed. There is a possibility of a skin allergy. In these rare cases, it is enough to stop the treatment and inform your physician.
Dosage:
The usual dosage of arcalion in adult is 2 tablets per day, taken in one dose at breakfast. This can vary from 1 to 3 tablets daily, taken in one or several daily doses. Whatever the case is, in order to obtain quickly, and for a long period, the benefits of arcalion treatment, it is very important to respect your physician’s prescription, the dosage, and the duration of treatment.
Presentation: Box of 6 x 10 tablets.
Instructions for use/ handling: Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the box.
Keep out of reach and sight from children.
