is closely associated with the major Neurology and Psychiatric
bodies in India and contributes towards the development
of these bodies. Serdia actively participates in the
Neurology congresses like IANCON (Indian Academy of
Neurology Congress) & NEUROCON (Neurological Society
of India Congress). Likewise Serdia also participates
in National level psychiatry meetings like the ANCIPS
(Annual National Congress of the Indian Psychiatric
Society) and regional psychiatry meetings like the DPS
(Delhi Psychiatry Society) annual meeting, West Zone
IPS meeting, etc. Serdia has been closely associated
with the IAPP (Indian Association of Private Psychiatry)
and has participated in all the annual congresses of
this society.
Serdia also conducts a number of independent
educational meetings for the physicians and GPs. With
the help of senior neurologists or psychiatrists, Serdia
addresses commonly encountered problems in general practice
like depression and cognitive impairment.
Serdia firmly believes in patient education
and periodically comes out with patient education leaflets
on topics like depression, which are distributed through
the clinicians. Apart from these activities, Serdia
is known to provide high quality literature in neuropsychiatry
to the specialists. |
